Which is better – Raw or JPEG?

Why do I shoot JPEG sometimes and why it’s necessary to shoot RAW other times

Here’s a secret that no one likes to hear. It is ok to shoot JPEG for some things. Watch this video to find out why I shoot JPEG sometimes and why it’s necessary to shoot RAW other times.

Note: On the video/podcast below, I’m not super clear about this but some of you will be hired to shoot a rodeo or a contestant in a rodeo, that would be a case where you’d want to shoot RAW because it’s the same as a private session. When I refer to sports photography I mean as the Official Photographer (OP) where you have to shoot 10’s of thousands of images. That high-volume photography is where JPEGs are the answer.
